The Festival of Animated Film presents a new award, more open air entertainment and a longer APD

The Stuttgart Festival of Animated Film will be taking place from May 5 – May 10, 2009. At its heart are 650 very different films. The Festival now awards prize money totalling 57,500 Euros in eight competition categories. Bettina Zimmermann, Benno Fürmann, Christoph Maria Herbst und Bastian Pastewka are in the running for the newly-created Award for the Best Voice Actor in a Feature-length Animated Film.
