- The best animation films: The international co-production “Birds Like Us” celebrates world premiere with the voices of Alicia Viskander and Oscar winner Jeremy Irons. As well in program: The animation film “Ethel & Ernest” with music by Paul McCartney.
- Stars and red carpet: Renowned animators and animators such as Bruno Bozzetto, the creator of the famous cartoon character Signor Rossi (Mr. Rossi), will be there.
- Behind the Scenes: World’s leading animation studios present their projects. Among others there will be the VR experts of Google Spotlight Stories and the London-based production studio Lupus Films, which specializes in children’s and family productions.
- GameZone extended: With this year’s motto “Playful Art / Meaningful Games”, the GameZone presents current trends in computer game culture and future-oriented university projects. It shows the interface between games and animation with the latest developments of Virtual and Augmented Reality and invites visitors to play and participate!

Festival Passes are linked to individual persons and non-transferable. They allow free access to all screenings and events. Please show up at least 15 minutes before the screening or presentation begins. Entrance cannot be guaranteed afterwards. Please note that on some events there are special conditions of entrance.
