Hana meets a wolf man and is immediately fascinated by him. The fairytale love between them both is crowned by the birth of two children; elder sister Yuki and little brother Ame, - “Snow” and “Rain”, named after the weather on the day they were born. The family lives a reclusive but happy life in the town until the father suddenly dies. Hana moves to the country to enable her children to live an untroubled life far removed from civilization, either as humans or wolves.
