Cancellation of accreditations and festival passes
All tickets will be canceled automatically by us. Tickets that have already been paid will be refunded in full to your debited account. This process will take approximately two to three weeks.
Please do not cancel your ticket yourself, otherwise cancellation fees will be applied.
Combi tickets FMX and ITFS
The FMX – Conference on Animation, Effects, Games and Immersive Media has been cancelled this year due to the Corona virus. Have you purchased a joint Combi Ticket for the ITFS and FMX? Then the FMX cancellation policy for the Combi Ticket applies. www.fmx.de
