48 hours non-stop live animation? If you would like to take up this challenge, you can apply now for the Live Animation Competition “Crazy Horse Session – 48H Animation Jam” at the 26th Stuttgart Festival of Animated Film.
The contest is for animation students of international film, media and art schools, as well as freelance animators and animaton producers aged 30 years or younger. Out of all applicants four to five teams of two persons will be selected. The teams will develop a short animation film live at the festival within 48 hours around the Festival Mascot TRIXI. The best film will be awarded.
The competition will start at noon on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 and will end at noon on Friday, May 3, 2019. Registration deadline: February 1, 2019.
The Crazy Horse Session takes place in cooperation with M.A.R.K.13 electronic media and is supported by the MFG Film Funding Baden-Württemberg and the Landesanstalt für Kommunikation Baden-Württemberg.
