Panel discussion with representatives of film festivals from the regions of the Four Motors for Europe network as part of the 31st International Festival of Animated Film Stuttgart (ITFS), which takes place from April 23 to 28, 2024 in Stuttgart.
The International Festival of Animated Film Stuttgart (ITFS) invites you to a panel discussion with representatives of film festivals from the regions of the Four Motors for Europe network, Baden-Württemberg (Germany), Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (France), Catalonia (Spain) and Lombardy (Italy). The experts will discuss the ongoing transformation process of cultural events and the challenges they face. They will talk about the future of festivals especially what potential and responsibilities film festivals have in today’s society and to what extent cultural and national differences play a role in the four countries.
The discussion will be held in English. Admission is free. Registration is not required.
The event takes place in the context of the network Four Motors for Europe and is funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Arts Baden-Württemberg.
