School Presentation: Experimental animation at the Kunsthochschule für Medien Köln (KHM)

This selection of short films includes works made by students of the Kunsthochschule für Medien in Cologne over the last three years. These short films are the result of thoughtful reflection and a commitment to social and political issues of our recent history, offering also a glimpse into the future. Experimentation is the central attitude around which the stories are crafted, stemming from the use of hybrid techniques that blend digital technology with traditional analog animation methods. This approach conforms an eclectic spirit, characterized by a distinctly personal style and insights into issues that concern contemporary artists.
