In this interactive reading, author and animator Till Penzek presents his cross-media children’s book ‘What happened here?’. We look at the pictures together very attentively. As there is deliberately no text in this book, the illustrations encourage conversation! The children describe what they see and immediately begin to develop theories: What on earth has happened here? How did the crabs get into space? Why do the ducks on the lake wear such strange wigs? Why is the mountaineer standing naked in the snow? After each picture, we present our version of the story as a short-animated film. There are one or two surprises!
